World TB Day: Like every year, it was observed in Bantra St. Thomas' Home Welfare Society (BSTHWS) and we invited all the DOT centres which are under us and representatives from District level were present and they shared their views on spreading awareness on TB. This year DTO had came and graced the occasion. Those patients who took regular medicines by following the RNTCP guidelines, we encouraged them by rewarding with small gifts. There were total 200 patients present on that day which was followed by refreshment for all of them.

Farewell Ceremony of Dr. Elisabeth Sous Braun

Dr. Elisabeth Sous Braun, Medical Director of German Doctors' Committee, she is well known to us as Dr. Lisa. On July-2019 she will be retire from the Medical Director post. Before her retirement she came to Bantra St. Thomas' Home Welfare Society (BSTHWS) on 14-01-2019 for her last official visit and on this occasion BSTHWS organized a farewell ceremony in honour of Dr. Lisa.
